Checking Your Balance:

You can check your gift card balance at any time through the My Gift Card Balance page.

Delivery:

• Primary gift cards will be delivered to your recipient’s email address.
• If your gift card comes with a free additional gift card, this additional gift card will be sent to your email address.
• If you purchase a gift card for someone else, you will receive a confirmation email to the email you provide as yours.
• If your gift card doesn’t arrive in your inbox within five minutes, please check your spam folder.

Expiry & Validity:

• Gift cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
• A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
• Coupons do not apply when purchasing gift cards.
• Your gift cards are valid for all physical and digital download items on www.evybenita.com, excluding the following:
  • Gift cards
  • Commissions
  • Subscriptions
