About the Black Rhinoceros:

The Black Rhinoceros is the smaller one of the two rhino species inhabiting Africa. This species can be identified by three traits:

• Two horns instead of one
• Fluffy fur on their ears
• A pointy lip

I’m sure there are more differences, but those are the traits I use to identify them 🙂

There are approximately 5300-5600 individuals living in the wild, and is considered Critically Endangered. But due to protection efforts in the last years, their population is in fact increasing.
