A cute birch pin featuring a baby axolotl! Axolotls have the extraordinary ability to regrow lost limbs up to five times, and are being researched closely for this ability. They’re also becoming fairly popular pets, which has helped their population survive after ending up at the bring of extinction in the wild.
This design was created as part of my “Seatember” art challenge.
