Shipping and Delivery

Curious about how shipping works? You’ve come to the right place!

UK:

December 10th.

All non-preorders will ship by this date. This leaves plenty of time for your box to arrive in time for Christmas.

EU and EEA:

• Tracked: December 8th
• Untracked: November 25th

USA and Canada:

• Tracked: December 5th
• Untracked: November 15th

Australia, New Zealand, and Everywhere else:

• Tracked: December 1st
• Untracked: November 1st

I pause dispatch on December 10th, because I genuinely don’t think there’s a point to send packages through the postal system after December 15th. They’re likely to get delayed, lost, damaged, etc… So if I close on the 10th, that gives your orders a 5 day head start before snowballs hit the fan.

What does this mean?

• Orders placed after December 10th will ship on January 9th.
• I will still be available and answering emails

It takes me 1-3 days to pack your order. My shipping days are Tuesday and Friday, and I aim to ship your order on my next shipping day.

Cut-off time for Tuesday and Friday dispatch: 7am GMT on the same day.

Delivery time varies depending on the season. On the checkout page, you will be shown the most accurate delivery estimate before placing your order. However, here are my general estimates:

• UK: 1-5 days (typically 2)
• EU and EEA:
  • Untracked: 14-28 days
  • Tracked: 2-8 days
• USA and Canada:
  • Untracked: 14-28 days
  • Tracked: 4-14 days
• Everywhere else:
  • Untracked: 14-40 days
  • Tracked: 5-18 days

I ship through Royal Mail!

If you live outside of the UK, Royal Mail will outsource your delivery to their delivery partner in your country. See their list of delivery partners here.

Your order will be well-protected during transit.

• Stickers and prints are shipped in board-backed envelopes with water-protective sleeves.
• Enamel pins and all other bulky items are shipped in cardboard boxes, and with sufficient padding and protection.

My packaging is locally sourced, and I do my best to source packaging that’s either cardboard recyclable, home-compostable, or both.

If you think your package has gone missing, please contact me. I will try to track it down, and if it turns out it has gone missing, I will happily send a replacement free of charge.
