Hi friends! As most postal services are experiencing delays due to COVID-19, I wanted to post an update here in order to reassure anyone still waiting on their packages.
During COVID-19, I have decided to offer replacement insurance free of charge on all orders. This means that you’re guaranteed to receive your box eventually on untracked shipping, but unfortunately, I can only offer replacements after 50 working days since sending your order.
My shop is open and I’m shipping orders. Your order should ship within 2-4 working days after you place your order. For orders with tracking, please allow for an additional 1-3 days.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines 2020
To give your order the best chance of arriving before December 20th, please place your order by the applicable deadlines below. Please be advised that my shop will be closed for shipping between December 10th, 2020 – January 5th, 2021.
Standard Delivery (Untracked)

Please keep in mind that these dates are entirely dependant on the mail delivery services. I’m using the estimates provided by Royal Mail, plus adding an additional wiggle room. You can see their official estimates here (I personally do not find these accurate, which is why I add a big wiggle room to my own estimates).
COVID-19 Delivery Delays
Shipment times are speeding up again, but please be prepared for these to start up again as the holiday rush begins in November – December.
Important: it is impossible for me to track untracked orders, so please keep in mind that the orders I’m basing the following information on are either:
- Shipped with tracking
- Shipped without tracking, but the customer has helped me out by informing me of how long their order took to arrive.
I ship through Royal Mail, and I have been incredibly impressed with their services throughout COVID-19. UK packages might take up to two extra days to arrive at their new homes, but many are still arriving on schedule.
Although services are running relatively normal, please allow for up to two days on 1st Class (normally 0-1 days), and four days on 2nd Class (normally 2-3 days) for your package to arrive.
European orders will under normal circumstances take 3-14 days to arrive at their final forever homes. If your package does not arrive within 28 working days, please get in touch with me.
Packages to some countries are arriving faster than others. France is by far taking the longest, while Germany, Switzerland and Poland appear to be receiving packages in a more back-to-normal speed.
If you’re based in France, I highly, highly recommend tracked shipping on orders over £50. From the packages I’m sending out, more are going missing to addresses in France than anywhere else in the world.
After getting through European customs, packages are also taking longer to move across states once they reach the US.
Orders to the US will under normal circumstances take 3-28 days to arrive at their final forever homes. During COVID-19, please allow for up to 45 working days.
Orders to Canada will under normal circumstances take 3-20 days to arrive at their final forever homes, with 28 days as a rarity. During COVID-19, please allow for up to 45 working days.
Orders to Australia will under normal circumstances take 3-20 days to arrive at their final forever homes, with 28 days as a rarity. I am not experiencing huge delays to Australia, but during COVID-19, please allow for up to 35 working days.
Orders to countries outside of Europe, the US and Canada, will under normal circumstances take 5-28 days to arrive at their final forever homes. During COVID-19, please allow for up to 45 working days.
What if my package goes missing?
I have insurance on your orders, tracked or untracked. If your package doesn’t arrive within 60 working days after you receive your “Order Completed” email notification, I can send you replacements (10 days for UK orders).
I cannot issue replacements until 60 working days have elapsed from the moment your order was shipped, so if you’re in a rush to receive your order, I highly recommend upgrading to tracked shipping.
Orders of £100 or more are automatically offered free tracked shipping at checkout.
